In this special video for Halloween, during my trip to Snowdonia in September thick fog descended one morning exactly where I was staying in the Gwydyr Forest. The fog was incredibly thick with little visibility beyond about 100 metres. I quickly got dressed, grabbed my camera bag and tripods and dashed outside. It was then a rush to grab as much video footage and photos as I could before the fog burned away, which it did an hour and a half later to reveal blue sky.
Much to my surprise, the fog revealed hundreds of silvery spider webs nestled within the thistles surrounding the hills outside where I was staying (I am not a fan of spiders!).
