The month of October is full of spooky fun! Join photographer Cari Payer as she teaches you how to recreate this spooky lighting technique to create ghosts on your images IN CAMERA! No Photoshop required! This dramatic photoshoot is perfect for beginning photographers because it uses minimal gear and a ton of creativity!
For this shoot you will need:
One Off-camera flash (I used a strobe, but a Speedlight would be fine)
One constant light (I used a second strobe, but a LED light or even a lamp would totally work)
Camera with a wide-angle lens (really any lens would be fine)
Trigger for the off-camera flash
Colored gel (if you want)
Ghost Model
Starting camera settings: (these can get you started, but you will need to adjust)
Aperture: f/4
Shutter speed: 10-15 seconds
ISO:100
Time to complete shoot: 15-30 min
